Executive Chef

Chef Alain, originally from Hidalgo, México. Comes from a family that was built around the dinner table, in  a land heavily influenced by the ancient indigenous Otomi people and shaped by the state´s three distinct regions and climates that have combined to produce a unique and varied cuisine.

Alain captures his land roots combined with his experience of international cuisine to create vibrant dishes. In this new challenge, our passionate Chef takes as a personal quest to embark his customers into a culinary journey through the freshness of the ocean with deeply satisfying dishes that celebrate the sea.
